We purchased a new 2016 Cruiser MPG 2820 Bunkhouse. We use it every weekend and absolutely love it. We have had no issues with the TT.

I purchased a MPG 3100BH manufactured by Cruiser RV in February. Upon delivery we found the fit and finish and overall quality of craftmanship to be very, very poor. Cabinet door panels were loose and falling out, trim pieces were not securely attached, LED light strips were not attached and laying on the floor, the table base that converts into a bed is too wide allowing it to fall through when used as a bed, the coupler was too tight and required tapping the coupler lock with a hammer to get it into the locked position and likewise to get it open, it was delivered without the propane hose for the outdoor kitchen and one of the blind covers that was supposed to be attached to the ceiling was hanging and about to fall off. These are all items that were like this when the product was delivered and prior to it being used. When contacting Cruiser for help their first response was essentially, well that sucks but good luck with it. After that first unprofessional response I have been emailing back and forth for months with them fighting taking care of the issues the whole time. Additionally on the 4th use the water heater failed 2 days into a 10 day trip. My overall rundown is very poor fit and finish, lacks quality control, terrible customer service and lack of respect of their customers. This unit should have been sold as a scratch and dent at discounted pricing. This is definitely my last cruiser RV product!

Very disappointed with the construction and quality of the camper. We love the layout and options the unit came with but it is not built to last. Camper is a 2014 Radiance KIBH and just in the past 8 months the roof membrane failed at a cost of $5500, the leather on the couch disintegrated (will cost $800), electrical breakers for main and a/c failed, the front fiberglass cap gets cloudy no matter how many times it’s buffed or waxed and now sewer gases are leaking into the camper. This is the third and newest travel trailer we have owned in and by far the worst! Will never buy anything from Cruiser again and will advise anyone to stay away from manufacturer.

They are my employer and the best company I've worked for in 15 years.

My Shadow Cruiser 280QBS had an axle issue that was balding my tires. RV mechanic said it was because the axles were barely above the weight rating for the camper. Cruiser RV said it was "probably" a bad welding job and suggested I take it up with the company that welds their axles on. Seriously. They take no responsibility for their product. Now I have to pay $1400 to upgrade the axles to what they should have been in the first place. There have been many other issues with the camper but now I've reached my threshold. Stay away from Cruiser RV.
