Was so excited to use my birthday reward today. Showed the cashier my reward and his only response was "we don't do that here". So disappointed.

When I pay 5$ for a latte, I need my f.... Starbucks Latte, not the one that I got from this bull....t location.
Went to this Starbucks today and I usually don't order from Starbucks if it's busy but since no-one was in line I decided it would be a nice Thanksgiving treat. I got a hot chocolate, a mocha frapp, and a strawberries and cream. I got my hot chocolate in a timely manner and as I was waiting for my other drinks, many people that were in line behind me received their drinks. I finally asked about my other two drinks and there the cups were..behind them by the blenders. Out of sight out of mind. They finally get my mocha frapp and start to make the strawberries and cream and then the girl making it moves onto something else and once again out of sight out of mind. I finally asked if someone could please pour the drink so I could get on with my day. After 20 minutes of waiting my hot chocolate was gone before I even got the other 2 drinks. Clearly you can guess the hot chocolate was really just a warm chocolate. None the less I will never be back to this Starbucks.
Great service. The baristas were welcoming and always smiling. Great drinks too.
$6.50 for a Venti Latte? I'm about to stop buying from Starbucks all together. Total ripoff.
If You can't make a real starbucks coffe, go work at the gas station. Dissapointment
